Macro$oft Internet Exploiter provides the latest in vulnerability perpetuation technology with ActiveXploit.
Naugle's guide to staying safer on the internet, by not using Macro$oft internet related software.
Macro$oft's ActiveXploit security flaw technology makes it possible to get infected easier than ever before.

The key to running safer and with less hassle on the internet is simple. Avoid using the products of the huge, imperialistic, popular, and expensive companies. At least for the internet, that is. Avoid anything Macro$oft (Microsoft) with the internet.

This will help you because Macro$oft has made it's self a reputation of the being the least security serious in the industry. No other operating system maker has gone out of it's way as much as Macro$oft to make people vulnerable, and to pay for it also.

Macro$oft, there is nothing micro about it.

There are lots of companies with lots of good programs that charge often cheaper prices than the empires. However, it is the nature of the beast-like empires to consume these others for dominance. Like beasts in the wild. Having that said, now let's get to how to keep safer.

Let's begin with the operating system. DOS, MAC, and Linux are all safer operating systems. Dos is about the cheapest one. I have seen new versions of it sell for only $20. One is PTS-DOS 32, it is a 32-bit version of DOS, not MS-DOS. This DOS is made by a different company who respects DOS and wouldn't pollute it with C and C++ code like Macro$oft did.

PTS-DOS 32 is a 32-bit Disk Operating System that supports hard drives larger than 40GB, has mouse support already integrated as well as CD-ROM support, and has memory managment that can allocate and utilize up to 4GB (4096MB) of memory just like Windows9X (Windows 95 and newer). So there is no memory excuse not to use DOS now.

I don't know how much MAC OS costs, but I know that you can get Linux for free often times. I think that the most expensive distribution of Linux that I ever read about was around $300. But that version was for huge corporate enterprises. You can often get Linux for $40 or less, and or for FREE if you are willing to wait for the download. You can also get it for free from a friend.

Linux is distributed under certain rules. The source code MUST be distributed for free. This keeps it safe from monopolistic empires like Macro$oft. I have used a few distributions of Linux myself over the last 5 years (beginning in late 1999). Linux gets easier for users every year and security has always been taken seriously with the developers of Linux.

That is in part of how it got it's name, Linux was based on UNIX, the legendary wonder operating system used on servers as early as the beginning of the 1970's. That makes UNIX a proven operating system. UNIX was running on mainframes back when Bill Gates dropped out of college.

Next, no matter what operating system you decide to use, don't use Macro$oft products for the internet. Especially Internet Exploiter (Internet Explorer) and Outlook, no matter which version, they will all get you in trouble. For that little bit of ease that you think you are getting, you get more trouble that you bargained for. I have YEARS of experience with this.

I used to be loyal to Internet Exploiter and Outlook, until I got Opas.I, Opas.G, BOZA, and NIMDA by using those programs on the internet and not taking security seriously. It wasn't until mid-2002 when I realized what was happening and began to take action. By late 2003 I had already implimented most of the solutions to the problems. Now, during 2004, I was free of those problems.

My secret? I don't need to keep it a secret. People will do that for me by not listening and taking seriously what I have to say and advise. My actions were to stop using Macro$oft Internet Exploiter and use another web browser. But that wasn't the only needed thing that I had to do. I had an extremely low budget. Less than $1500 per year.

I can't afford Norton Internet Security and keep a subscription to get the updates. I had to find a solution on my budget. I began using an antivirus program in 2002 that wouldn't cost me too much. I was using Norton Antivirus and McAfee before that. They can cost more than I am willing and more than I can really pay, then the price of updates is a hidden cost.

I had Norton anti-virus back when all of these worms started getting bad. When I kept the anti-virus program updated a few times a month and it still couldn't help, I knew I had a bigger problem. Here is some of the BEST advice that I can give you about this topic.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTINANCE !!!
PREVENT PROBLEMS FROM HAPPENING !!!

This is better than just about anything I can think of. It is not TOO hard to learn this stuff. Please, unless you enjoy problems, you need to learn to solve your problems and prevent the ones that you don't want. Do you want a lot of problems to deal with? Then learn how to prevent them.

It was easy to prevent these worms from getting in and infecting my system. This also works as a solution to spyware, since worms and spyware get into your computer through similar methods. I am serious, just switch programs and change a few settings and some habbits. Then you are better off. It was about that easy for me and helped me a lot.

In this guide I will cover just about everything that I did and that you will need to have a better experience with the internet, instead of using your $500+ budget computer or your fancy system to collect worms and display bizzar behavior. Ha ha aha ha ah aha ha aha ha aha ha!
