I think it was Sunday night when I had this dream. I don't remember much about it. It had some changing scenes and places in it. I remember being in a building in my dream as far back as I can remember in this dream. It was like a large store room.
The walls were large thick concrete. There was a sheetmetal celing in this building and it was very high. There were these structures which looked like square shaped towers made from concrete about maybe 20 or 30 feet tall. At first they only had lights mounted on the upper wall parts for illumination.
I was walking around and the scenes reminded me of that Half-Life Team Fortress game. Being out in the night in factory looking scenes. But the whole of the thing looked like something for the Half-Life game. I think that I was walking around with someone else but I couldn't remember. Then I noticed that the towers were to hold computer systems to control things in the building.
They were supercomputers. I remember looking up and seeing computer motherboards mounted to the concrete walls. These systemboards must have been anywhere from 4 to 8 feet wide in some parts and on some boards. I could see that they had memory modules that were nearly 12 inches ling and were as thick as a half of an inch.
They held many terrabytes of RAM. They had cache sticks for level3 cache also. They had sometimes 4 gigabytes of cache. They used a lot of power too. So much that I was affraid of getting near them for electricution. I was walking around on the ground around the base of these square shaped concrete towers and looking up to see the computer systemboards and looking for a way to hide from other people who were looking for me.
Then slowly the scenes began to change. The building progressively got lighter or brighter and it became a football field looking environment every time I turned around and looked at it. After awhile, the towers were still there but looked different and were for another purpose. I found another place to go to. There was an entrance from that field place to a gymnasium.
The football field looking thing progressively became an open place outside at this time so I walked through that opening in what once was a wall. This took me into the gym area. I guess there was some sort of school function going on because this looked like a high school gym area. It looked like a cross between the old Corydon High School on Country Club road, and the old school which is the Gerdon Youth Center.
It kind of looked like the setting from the Morgan Elementary school gym. I don't know, it just looked more than 20 years old. I remember looking at the bleachers, the seating, whatever it's called. I saw a bunch of people sitting and watching something on television. The teachers were showing a new type of cartoon.
It was completely computer generated. It functioned like a video game but it wasn't interactive like a video game. The events and whatever was going to happen had to be setup and configured foe viewing. Once the setup was complete, then it can be viewed like a cartoon. I seen something like it in Duke Nukem Manhattan Progect. It is a program that is played and not a actual video file.
I remember my friend Danny Smith sitting on the bleachers with Vanessa Lawson who is the girl friend of my friend Tom Porter. They were sitting there together watching the show. Vanessa was drunk or on drugs or something because she was not acting right or something. She was laughing and stumbling and she fell forward down a straight drop from the bleachers.
But Danny was holding onto her so they she would fall slowly. He had to do that because of her figure, she was very heavy for him to pull her up. But she kept laughing or whatever. I don't know what they were doing there together though. It looked like they had some sort of relationship or something but I didn't see them act like other peoiple do which is to be fondeling.
I walked over to the computer and TV unit and began messing with it while the teachers were not looking. They didn't know much about it because they were so superficial. But I knew because I pay attention to things. The cartoon they were watching was that wierd thing, it was like that fiction caracter who was a stick like a broomstick but it had a jack o' lantern for a head.
I used to look at that book when I was a kid in school. I still don't know what it's about. I remember messing with the program that they were watching and made all wierd kinds of things happen. Like the pumpkin head dude's jack o' lantern pumpkin head thing was all wierd on the screen.
I just remember messing with it and everyone was laughing. I think that is what made Vanessa laugh and fall down the bleachers. The teachers ran quickly over to fix the 3D generated cartoon program but it took them a while. So I walked down these old looking stairs and the area down there looked like the area from that old high school that is now the Gerdon Youth Center.
The lighting was different and I remember walking around there. It still looked like a school. I saw some people there but I ignored them for a time because I was looking around. I saw three people there all looking up a stair way system that lead up to the next level of the building but these were on the other side of the stairs that I just came from.
It was like this because as I came down the steps that I did from that gym, I could see the people's backs turned to me as they were looking up those other stairs. One of the people was President Kenton Turner, my branch president of the church that I attend. I forgot who the other people were. I don't remember much about the dream other than I said hello to him and that was about all I could remember of that dream.
